Sound Walls Along Train Tracks to Power Up Local Community Needs

Is it possible to make sound walls along freeways, railroad tracks, and other infrastructure in such a way as to collect all the vibrational energy to power up the local community? Now then, consider freeway and the peak times of energy usage. In the mornings, people going to work start driving on the freeway at 5 AM and within an hour or so the peak traffic starts to hit, and it lasts until about 9:00 AM.

This is the same time that people are getting up in the morning, turning on various electronic devices, cooking their coffee, and flipping on light switches. Well then, if we can collect the vibrational energy and turn it into electricity, all those communities that are nearby freeways can use that energy rather than sucking it from the grid during those peak times. This could save us from having to build new electrical generating power plants, and perhaps cut down on the amount of coal we use, meaning that we would be putting less CO2 in atmosphere.
